Defines how content overflowing a given area should be handled.

This is used in :obj:`~gi.repository.Gtk.Widget.set_overflow`. The
:obj:`~gi.repository.Gtk.Widget.props.overflow` property is modeled after the
CSS overflow property, but implements it only partially.
